Angeline Nkar – Prince George County Educator
Angeline Nkar teaches high school students. As of 2017, Angeline Nkar has been a special education teacher with Prince George’s County Public Schools.
In her role as a special education teacher, Ms. Nkar prepares lessons on core subjects, collaborates with faculty members, and coaches and supports student development. More importantly, she creates and delivers engaging lessons and creates new strategies for student success. She also routinely meets with parents to discuss how to help their children become better learners. As a part of becoming a better teacher, she often participates in professional development, school operations, and instructional programs.
Outside of school, Ms. Nkar is a member of the Prince George’s County Educators Association. Her community involvement includes being a member of the St. Nicholas Catholic Church. In her free time, she immerses herself in reading and writing, daily news, and topics on feminism. Her credentials outside of experience include earning a dual master's in English and Bilingual Education from George Washington University.
